In order to provide warranty service, it is necessary to::

correctly and without blots and corrections the filled warranty card in which model and serial number of the product, date of sale and the seal of the trading organization shall be specified;
proof of purchase (invoice);
complete set of goods.
We also draw your attention to the fact that upon receipt and payment of the order, the buyer in the presence of the courier is obliged to check the complete set and appearance of the product for the absence of physical defects (scratches, cracks, chips, etc.) and completeness of the equipment. After the departure of the courier claims on these issues will not be accepted.

Warranty service is not provided if:

lost or missing warranty card
the equipment was delivered to the Russian Federation unofficially
the product has traces of mechanical damage or opening
broken factory seals
you have violated the conditions of operation, transportation or storage
repair was carried out by persons who are not employees of the authorized service center
non-original components were used
